Fort Myers is the county seat of Lee County and the center of Southwest Florida. The historic downtown River District sits on the Caloosahatchee River, and neighborhoods spread out from there in every direction: older riverfront streets off McGregor Boulevard, canal communities east along Palm Beach Boulevard, gated golf communities to the south, and country lots out toward Buckingham.
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), I-75, Florida Gulf Coast University and the beaches at Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are all a short drive. It's where our office is, and it's where we sell the most homes.
