Waterfront Living in Morse Shores
147 Coral Drive sits on a direct-access canal in Morse Shores, one of east Fort Myers' established boating neighborhoods. There are no bridges between the dock and the Caloosahatchee River, so the boat you keep behind the house isn't limited by bridge clearance on the way out.
The home is a single-story, concrete block pool home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,460 total square feet. Out back you get a resort-style pool, a private dock and a covered boat lift, all looking down the canal toward the river.
Inside the Home
The kitchen is the center of the house: white cabinets, warm wood countertops, a butcher-block island and stainless appliances, with a window over the sink that looks straight out to the pool and the water. It opens to a dining area and the main living room, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation.
There are two separate living spaces. The living room sits off the kitchen, and a second family room has sliding glass doors out to the pool deck, which gives you room to spread out when family or guests are in town. Tile floors and ceiling fans run through the house.
The primary bedroom has its own sliders to the pool, a walk-in closet and a tiled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which has a double vanity. A large laundry and utility room gives you the storage a lot of Florida homes don't have.
Pool, Dock and Boat Lift
Outside is where this house earns its keep. The pool sits between the house and the canal, the yard is landscaped with palms and tropical plants, and the dock and covered lift are a few steps from the back door.
Direct access means you can idle out of the canal and be on the river in minutes, then head west toward downtown Fort Myers, Sanibel and the Gulf, or east up the Okeechobee Waterway.

The metal roof was installed in August 2023 (hip design). The house is concrete block on a slab and is on public water and sewer, so there's no septic system to maintain.
