With more than 20 years in Southwest Florida real estate, I've closed 1,200+ transactions and more than $200 million in sales, and I'm the broker/owner of Priceless Realty's Fort Myers office. My experience goes well beyond residential: vacant land and acreage, commercial buildings, investment property and development sites.
I've purchased commercial buildings for my own businesses, bought and sold land for myself and for clients, and negotiated land transactions involving national homebuilders. That ownership experience shapes how I evaluate every opportunity: zoning, development potential, builder demand, timing and financial feasibility.

From the Owner's Side
I took my own 110-acre property and turned it into a wedding venue business, then partnered with Lennar to develop it into a residential neighborhood.
I'm currently working through the development process on 95 acres in Lake Placid, Florida, with the goal of seeing it become a neighborhood.
I've sold property to national homebuilders and know what they look for in a site.
I've bought commercial buildings for my own businesses, so I understand the owner-user side of a commercial deal.
