Cindy Teamer

With more than 20 years of experience as a full-time Realtor in Southwest Florida, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate virtually every type of real estate market. From exciting opportunities to challenging market conditions, each experience has strengthened my knowledge, sharpened my skills, and reinforced why I chose real estate as my second career.

Real estate is more than a profession to me. It is a responsibility and a relationship built on trust. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial and personal decisions people make, and I am honored to have earned the confidence of so many clients throughout my career. My goal is always to provide knowledgeable guidance, personalized service, and clear communication while making the process as seamless and rewarding as possible.

Before entering real estate, I spent 13 years in education as both a teacher and school principal. My 35+ years of combined experience in education and real estate have given me a strong foundation in organization, leadership, communication, technology, and management. These skills, combined with extensive market knowledge and years of hands-on experience, allow me to anticipate challenges, pay attention to the details, and remain focused on my clients' goals from start to finish.

I joined Priceless Realty in 2010, and in 2013, my role evolved into a team partnership with Broker Tony Price. In addition to serving my own real estate clients, I am actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the brokerage and work closely with Tony to support, train, and assist our agents.

Tony and I also work together as a team on our real estate transactions. This partnership provides our clients with an added level of service and accessibility, ensuring that someone is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and keep the process moving forward. We take great pride in the relationships we build and in the high level of service we provide throughout every transaction.

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and exploring the world. I try to plan an international trip each year and, whenever possible, return to Canada to spend time with my family. In recent years, I have been especially blessed with grandchildren, great-nephews, and a great-niece, who have added an entirely new and wonderful dimension to my life.

Although I love to travel, I am always happy to return home to Southwest Florida. I have created a wonderful life and career here, surrounded by friends, sunshine, beautiful communities, and an incredible variety of things to see and do.

I am proud of the life I have built in Southwest Florida, and I consider it a privilege to help my clients find their own place here, whether they are buying their first home, searching for a vacation retreat, relocating, investing, or preparing to sell a property and begin their next chapter.
