A Fort Myers native, Chad has watched Southwest Florida grow and change for more than 40 years, and he knows every corner of the local market.

Since 2003, Chad has built his career on both sides of the business: as a former Vice President of Construction for a national construction company, and as a full-time Realtor. That background gives him a rare edge, especially with new construction. He knows homes inside and out, from the foundation up, and he knows what to look for before you buy.
